Vindication Season One, Episode Six Recap

When we are in trouble, we normally go to someone we can trust. We go to somebody that can help us. I think more importantly, we go to Jesus because Jesus can help us under any circumstance we face. If we left our burdens and our worries, we would have a much happier place in life. In general, we would be better off to leave our worries, our anxieties, our burdens, our troubles, life's most difficult circumstances behind and leave those things in God's Hands to take care of. We often find that sometimes the situation we are in, can be hard to get out of. When I was re watching episode 6, it made me realize that this couple in the episode only wanted to help people who couldn't help themselves and help them get out of situations that were hard to get out of. There is good and there is bad. We have to use our judgement at times to know the difference between the two, and so that we can make a sound judgement in knowing what is right from wrong. I think any person who was get...

Vindication Season One, Episode Five Recap

In Christ, we are a new creation. We are made in the Image of God. We believe in Him, we surrender ourselves to Him. We belong to Him. When we put God first in our life, we know we are doing a new thing. We know that without Him, we wouldn't be where we are today. It is because of God, we can do what we are called to do. In our hearts, we know God can give us a start and make us new again. I've been watching Vindication and as I came across this episode and re watched this episode for the first time again, I realized that yes we all make mistakes, but God forgives us. You may ask yourself, well how could He forgive me? I want to tell you that God sent His Son to die on the cross to forgive us of our sins, so that we didn't have to pay the price. This episode reminds me that no matter what we face in life, we are not defined by our past but we are defined in who God says we are as His Beloved Child and who we are is who we were called and made to be in the Image of Him. I d...

Vindication Season One, Episode Four Recap

In this particular episode we dive into how one person in a community is different. When I say different, I mean a person who may have special needs and needs somebody to hear their story, and become friends. When I re watched episode four for the very first time tonight, I realized the one character in this episode was looking for acceptance, a place to belong. I want to tell you why that resonates with me. The first reason it resonates with me is because I was in that place, I was wondering if I was going to ever have a place where I truly belonged. Then, Covid happened. When Covid happened I was able to connect with others like myself living with Hydrocephalus, I was able to connect with a friend in 2017 because of the Hydrocephalus Association and that friend and I are coming up on eight years of friendship this month. When Covid happened, I was able to find ministries like Christian Media Spotlight run by Joseph Neal and then in 2021, I was able to find Red's Room Entertainme...

Vindication Season One, Episode Three Recap

I started to watch this episode and here is what I will say, in life we have people that come and go. We have people that entire our lives for the better, the ones that stay and the ones that will be there. I have found people like that in these ministries and when I find people in ministries or support groups that have my best interests and will continue to be there for me, I can only hope to know that it shows gratitude, it shows love, compassion, humility, humbleness, and friendship that becomes family. When I re watched episode three it made me realize that a best friend of mine, Joseph Neal says this at the end of the broadcasts that we do, he says this: ''Love each other today, it's important.'' We should always strive to love one another just as Christ loved us. If we had moments in our life where we focused on bad instead of good, where would we be? I personally think if we focused on the bad, we would be believing the lies of the Enemy. No matter what we g...

Vindication Season One, Episode Two Recap

I just re watched episode two for the first time in awhile. I have to say re watching an episode like this, looking back at the very first season, giving feedback and recapping what I take from it, has been a game changer for me as a writer cause I want everyone to know about Vindication. This show is a Faith based series that gives light on what principles of being who you are as the best version of yourself, principles based on morals of gratitude, humility, humbleness, and the charismatics of loyalty and remembering who we are as Beloved Children of Christ. We face times in our lives where we as Christians are going to be faced with choices. The kind of choices that determine is it the choice that is good, that will lead us to what Christ wants for our life or the choice that is bad and what the Enemy thinks we should do and get us to believe the lies that we are not worthy in the eyes of Him. You see, I think if we all believed in the lies of the Enemy, then we would be believ...

Vindication Season One, Episode One Recap

I won't spoil too much for any newcomers to this series. However when you begin to start a season like this from the very beginning, you begin to start seeing how there is Faith, how there is Redemption, how there is fulfillment in a Faith based series like Vindication. This series is one I started watching, then soon after I got my mom to watch it, and then shortly after we got my dad to watch it. I want to say that my parents and I love it very much. This show needs more seasons. I told the creator of this show that if each season with every episode of each season was turned into a book, I would read it because it's that good. Some of the things that I took away after re watching season one, episode one is that life is short. We need to not take who we have in our lives for granted. I have Jesus in my heart, I have my parents, my siblings, my nieces and nephews, people in support groups that deal with Hydrocephalus like me, people in my life like Joseph Neal, Red Stainbrook,...
